Learning and Development

Our people are our greatest asset. We make sure they get the best by taking great steps to reward their service and commitment.

The over-riding purpose of our development team is to support the company core values by providing a comprehensive range of career and personal development opportunities for all staff.

We provide a series of training and development programmes for all levels of employees. Our development programmes start with every employee on the first day that he/she joins us. The Grading System and The Compulsory Orientation programme are great examples of how we continuously develop our employees to become part of a skilled workforce.

At the management level leadership and management development programmes have been implemented as core training courses. Our managers complete seven modules of a Managing Skills programme, which have been adopted from our parent company OCS in the UK to give our people the confidence and ability to lead.

In terms of career development, our ‘Management Trainee Programmes are designed to develop essential skills for our young management team to become great leaders of the future.

We go out of our way to ensure our employees are exemplary. On occasion where they go out of their way to deliver outstanding service, we like to see that they receive fitting reward and recognition for their efforts. There are awards for long service of 5, 10 and 20 years, and even longer! And we always commend those who are deemed to have gone Above and Beyond the Call of Duty with our ABCD award.
